For the last several weeks we’ve been focusing on specific muscle groups in addition to our standard workouts.
Tomorrow we will begin our next hyperfocus period - Scap Lab!!
Similar to what we did with Glute Lab, this will be several weeks where we will focus on strength and stability for the muscles around our scapula that improve our posture, protect our shoulders from injury, and help us do fancy things like pull-ups, rope climbs, and muscle ups.
